Executive Auto Care is great! My car looks brand new❣️❣️ I got the Ceramic Coating STD W/O Detail, PAINT TOUCH UP, and Headlight restoration. My car was in bad condition with no shine at all!! Tim and Jordan explained clearly what they could do to restore and protect the finish. They answered all my questions in detail. I appreciated their integrity and honesty. It was also helpful that they picked my car up and brought it back. I’m looking forward to being able to see better at night with brighter headlights too!! I recently had the team at Executive Auto Care detail and ceramic coat my car. Leading up to the appointment, Tim was extremely friendly and answered all of the questions I had about the process and benefits of adding ceramic coating. He set expectations about the what the coating protects against vs what it doesn't, told me how long I can expect it to last and provided steps to properly maintain it. I ended up leaving my car with them while I was out of town and their communication while I was away was phenomenal. Throughout the process, they kept me informed every step of the way by sending me videos and pictures of their progress. Their approach made the process feel more personal rather strictly transactional. They even were willing to hold on to my car for a couple of extra days until I was able to retrieve it. When I came to pick up my car, they didn't just hand me the keys and send me on my way. Instead, they answered additional questions and did a thorough walkthrough to make sure that they had met or exceeded my expectations. After having the car back for 2 weeks, I can easily say they far exceeded my expectations. I can also proudly endorse their claim that they will have your car looking better than when it was new on the lot. I can't recommend them enough. Their pricing is competitive and the customer experience that they provide is world-class!

These guys are great. They came out and honestly assessed my situation, viewed the codes and helped me get my Prius up and running. I had the red triangle of death show up and was anxious that I would be in a $4000 hybrid battery situation that I didnt want to be in, but these guys had no bias or motive and assessed the situation and found that I needed a 12v battrry replaced, needed gas, needed oil, and may have other small issues impacting readings. They took their time, drove the car, were respectful, and even entertained a theory i had from something i saw online. I've already recommended them to others and used them again.

After taking a trip to Florida that resulted in a car full of sand, Executive Auto Care left my vehicle spotless and so shinny without a speck of sand in sight.
